About us
Our journey began in 2001 as Corporate Outsource Services (COSSB) — built on the vision of making healthcare administration more accessible and efficient for employers, insurers, and members.
In 2008, we evolved into Integrated Health Plans (IHP) Malaysia as a subsidiary of IHP Singapore, strengthening our ability to deliver end-to-end healthcare management, claims administration, and provider network solutions across Malaysia.

Today, together with IHP Singapore, we bring a strong regional capability supported by a wide client base, extensive provider network, and high-volume healthcare transaction management.
