About us
Our journey began in 2001 as Corporate Outsource Services (COSSB) — built on the vision of making healthcare administration more accessible and efficient for employers, insurers, and members.
In 2008, we evolved into Integrated Health Plans (IHP), expanding our capabilities to deliver end-to-end healthcare management and network solutions across Malaysia. A decade later, in 2018, we proudly became part of the Fullerton Health Group, one of Asia Pacific’s leading integrated healthcare providers.
Today, we serve over 17,000 clients regionally across 10 markets in Asia Pacific, supported by a robust network of 3,000+ clinics and 200+ hospitals in Malaysia. With more than 13 million healthcare transactions processed, we continue to deliver solutions that make healthcare simpler, smarter, and built around people.
